Ive seen 150 to 250 for the prices, if the person is willing to pay the price you offered without questioning it then its fine imo, 250's okay for it tbh. The drop chance seems to be incredibly low, so 250 seems right for most. Maybe even 300 for the rarer ones. The chance of generating lich with ephemera is pretty low.
